Project Update: Fund Monitoring

Aspect 4 Ltd are delighted to have been appointed by Royal Bank of Scotland as Fund Monitoring Surveyors on the Worrall Street housing scheme in Morley, Leeds. The scheme being constructed by Broadstone Construction Group for a private developer comprises 11 No high spec 3 and 4 bedroom houses and is due to complete in mid August 2012.

Bomb found on site where Aspect 4 are acting as Party Wall surveyors……. no excavation notice needed!

Happy New Year

Aspect 4 would like to thank all their clients, colleagues and friends for their support throughout 2011 and wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year for 2012.

Aspect 4 started the new year with a splash by helping to raise money for the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation. Aspect 4 staff were amongst the crowds of swimmers who welcomed the New Year as they plunged into the freezing sea in the name of charity and tradition. On the morning of New Year’s Day, bathers flocked to Viking Bay in Broadstairs, Kent for the annual chilly dip. This has been a local tradition for over 40 years.

Project Update: Worrall Street, Morley, Leeds

Aspect 4 Limited are delighted to have been appointed as Contract Administrators, Quantity Surveyors and Fund Monitoring Surveyors on a prestigious new residential development situated in Worrall Street, Morley, Leeds.  The exciting scheme, by developer John Winn, is due to complete in August 2012 and comprises of 11 high quality dwellings for private sale.

Aspect 4 Surveyor Celebrates Becoming Chartered!!!

The Directors are very proud to announce that Jenna Richardson has passed her professional exams to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.  The pass rate is currently less than 50% and Jenna passed first time round; so this is a real achievement and a reflection on all her professionalism, hard work and commitment over the last four years professional training period.

Well done Jenna.

Project Update: Birkwood Medical Practice, Grimsby

Aspect 4 are pleased to announce the completion of another successful healthcare project!  Birkwood Medical Practice is a new build, state of the art medical centre building, which was recently completed on time, on budget and has gained the status of BREEAM ‘Very Good’.  The Practice Manager Jenny Jacklin is very happy with how the project was managed and says the initial feedback from both patients and staff has been very positive! Aspect 4 Limited are pleased to announce that we have recently opened a second office situated in Leeds. Project Update: Standish Medical Practice

Project Update: Mechanical Engineering Building at University of Leeds

Aspect 4 Limited have been successfully appointed as NEC Project Manager on the refurbishment and new build extension to the Mechanical Engineering building by the University of Leeds. The appointment is based upon our prior knowledge of the scheme and presence on the neighboring Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering projects. The new scheme will provided a 1,000 sqm of new offices for Medical Engineering and their new research facility over three floors.  The scheme is planned to commence on site in January and complete by August 2012.
